Buhari Zubairu is a results-driven development professional with over 10 years of experience in program implementation, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement. He brings a strong background in multi-sectoral development, including agriculture, health and nutrition targeting women’s empowerment, community strengthening, livelihood and productivity improvement. Buhari is passionate about solving societal challenges through a systems-based approach, grounded in grassroots approach, collaboration, and sustainability.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Bayero University, Kano. He has also completed executive training in strategy and innovation at Lagos Business School. Buhari is a global alumnus of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference for Leaders.
